Making contact with me

I understand making contact can be difficult -please be assured I will do my best to make discussing potential work as easy as possible. I always seek to have an informal chat to look at what you're wanting, to answer any questions and to look at next steps.

Location

I offer face-to-face counselling appointments in a comfortable space at my home in Todmorden, Calderdale, conveniently located near bus and train routes, with nearby free parking. I also conduct remote sessions via video call.

Availability

I am available for appointments:

• Tuesday 10am-5:30pm

• Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm

• Thursday 8:30am-6pm

• Friday 8:30am-6:30pm

Occasionally I have appointments available on Saturday mornings.

Fees

I have a sliding scale dependent on income. For individuals my rate is £65 to £110 hourly, for couples my rate is £90 to £150 hourly. If you feel these fees prevent you from ongoing work, please do discuss it with me as I try to offer some flexibility.

Duration of work

The quality of our relationship is crucial for a successful outcome, so I recommend starting with six weekly sessions, after which we can review progress together. You may find these sessions sufficient to address your concerns, or you may opt for longer-term work if you think that would be beneficial.
