Making contact with me

I understand making contact can be difficult - I'm very happy to have an informal chat to ask any questions about how I may be able to help.

Location

I work with individuals and couples, offering face-to-face counselling appointments in a comfortable space at my home in Todmorden, Calderdale, conveniently located near bus and train routes, with nearby free parking. Additionally, I conduct remote sessions via video link.

Availability

I am available for appointments:

• Tuesday 10am-5:30pm

• Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm

• Thursday 8:30am-6pm

• Friday 8:30am-6:30pm

Fee

My rates are £65 for a one hour session for individuals and £90 per hour for couples. Concessionary fees may be available, so please ask.

Duration of work

The quality of our relationship is crucial for a successful outcome, so I recommend starting with six weekly sessions, after which we can review progress together. You may find these sessions sufficient to address your concerns, or you may opt for longer-term work if you think that would be beneficial.
